COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

If after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been dismissed, you disagree with the decision taken, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a complaint. A complaint may also be filed if twenty business days have passed without receiving a response. The complaint can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as other options provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Complaints will be received and processed by the General Directorate of Service Inspection of the Ministry.
